1. What is WE OWN THE NIGHT TV?

WE OWN THE NIGHT TV is a weekly music television program. Every Saturday from 8 pm until 1 am WE OWN THE NIGHT TV fuels your night and turns your living room into the hottest nightclub with the best DJ’s. Get yourself comfortable, grab a drink and clear the floor, and we’ll make sure you have the night of your life.

2. Where can i watch the show?

WE OWN THE NIGHT TV – Every Saturday night from 20:00-01:00 CEST on Ziggo Channel 13 (Dutch Television) or at live.weownthenight.tv

3. How can I join the ZOOM?

Frequently asked questions about our On Demand platform

General

1. What is WE OWN THE NIGHT TV - On Demand?

WE OWN THE NIGHT TV – On Demand works just like Netflix or any other streaming service. It allows you to watch on-demand videos in your web browser on your laptop or your phone. The big difference is that you only pay for the live sets that you want to watch, so you don’t need a subscription. 

WE OWN THE NIGHT TV – On Demand offers you a broad variety of
livesets of your favorite deejays. With the click of a button, you can enjoy sets from international A-list deejays and fuel your homeparty!

2. What languages do you support?

We currently only support English. However, please feel free to suggest a language that you want us to include in the future. Just drop us a message here

3. Why does my video not start?

We understand that it is very annoying when you are completely ready to party and the video does not start. Before throwing your confetti and glowsticks through the window, we recommend that you follow the steps below.

  1. Check if you have a stable internet connection. Close all other programs or tabs that might interrupt your internet speed and try again.
  2. Please check your internet connection. Do you have a working internet connection? Check your router or contact your internet provider for the necessary technical support. 
  3. Try to start the video on a different device

If your video still won’t start after these steps, please contact us via support@weownthenight.tv 

Account

1. I’m having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?

Check if you didn’t make any mistakes filling out your email and password.

If it’s only your password, select “I forgot my password”

If you noticed any unauthorized activity on your account, contact us via support@weownthenight.tv.

2. How do I reset my password?

Click this link, or select “I forgot my password” when signing in.

3. I’m having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?

4. I lost access to my email account, what now?

Contact us via support and please provide us with the email address that you were currently using to log in.

5. How do I delete my account?

Go to your account overview and press “delete account”.
You should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. 

If this is not the case, please check your spam folder. 

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express
  • iDEAL (bank payment service – NL only)

2. When will I receive a confirmation of my payment?

You should receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. 

If this is not the case, please check your spam folder. 

If you have not received this confirmation email, please contact us.

3. My payment failed, what now?

If your payment failed you should automatically be redirected back to the checkout screen so you can try again. If this is not the case, close the tab and try it once more. If you are not sure what happened, please contact us via support@weownthenight.tv
